At Crazy Color, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused hair color or care products in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
